Here at Corlette, food is life! So is branding and Here at Corlette, food is life! So is branding and signage for quaint and quality hospitality venues. We were lucky enough to lend our expertise to master chef Luke Mangan’s new Japanese and French fusion, back alley jam lucsan. Just like the culinary concept we too fused elements of Parisian and Japanese design to help stir the brand to life. The entry sign draws inspiration from the Izakaya’s of Japan and the neon influence of Potts Point’s bohemian beginings. Inside our graphics are delicately displayed in foil, suede and leather surfaces across menus, coasters and other collateral. So, if you’re looking for a vibe, we suggest you pop in, order that yuzu & chilli margarita and try to decide between the Prawns, Seaweed Beurre Blanc with Shiso OR the Panko Crumbed Pork, Pickled Mustard Leaf with Sauce Choron...gotta go! #hospitality #lucsan #lukewmangan #branding #signage #graphics #fusioncuisine #sydneyeats

After a six-year £1.4bn transformation, Raffles first hotel in the UK opened last night in spectacular, royal style. Dixson & Sons, The Porter House Hotel Sydney. Resi Dixson & Sons, The Porter House Hotel Sydney. Residing in the same building over 100 years ago, when merchant trade and craftsmanship were the epitome of success, the Dixson family was unrivalled. Prominent in Sydney society, commerce and philanthropy for generations, they were the leading tobacco manufacturer in the colony. It was to become a thriving merchants playground for years to come. From tobacco processing and furniture manufacturers to leather merchants, the space is steeped in craftsmanship and authenticity. It is this rich history that has been the driving inspiration for our branding and signage designs.
